I just have to say the service departament at this dealership is unmatched. I have owned several different vehicles from various dealerships in the area and the level of communication and customer service they do here is next level. They are more than accommodating to their customers and so incredibly kind. They are extremely knowledgeable and never make you feel like you have to complete a service that you might not be ready for and they are HONEST which is extremely rare in this industry. Steve, Robin and Laura are really truly the best and I make the hour drive from my home every time I need anything serviced to go here because I trust them so much. Excellent service from start to finish. We went in knowing exactly which car and trim level we wanted, but I wasn’t sure which manufacturer to choose. Zach, our sales rep, patiently walked us through all the details of the Acura RDX, answered all my questions, and handled my husband’s banter with great humor. Chris at the front desk remained courteous and professional even when we were short-tempered. All members of the Acura team were exceptionally courteous and patient. They did everything possible to get us in and out quickly and smoothly, knowing my husband’s condition. The entire process took only about two hours—a record time for buying any car. I highly recommend purchasing an Acura RDX from Fred Beans in Abington.

My experience with Fred Beans Acura of Abington was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to me and my family. They had food for the office that they shared with my kids. Frank Bennett was my salesperson and he was welcoming and relatable. I am so pleased with the service and attention to detail that I received there. If I’m ever in the market to purchase another Acura, I would definitely go back to that dealership.

Im not going to go into lengthy detail but I took my car in for the lock to be repaired due to someone trying to break into my car. I was told my one of the service writers that they could fix the lock as well as the scratches and scrapes around the door handle. I trusted Fred Beans to handle this since the guy told me they could do it as opposed to me putting a claim into my insurance company. You see the picture. As far as the rubber around the tire. My Father pointed that out to me and that was obviously like that when I purchased the car (purchased brand new) I never noticed that it's a screw holding the rubber piece up over the top of the side bumper. I was told my car would take a couple hours, when I arrived they said it would take longer, and it wound up taking 7 hours to fix a lock and they said touch up some paint. Based on the picture im not sure what they painted because the dings and scratches are all still there. $599 for this! I will be reaching out to Honda finance about this entire ordeal.
