Fred Beans Ford helped my elderly father with what may be his last new car purchase, and the experience was nothing like the typical “car dealership” stereotype. A lot of places still operate with the old back‑and‑forth, sales‑pressure approach — but this was the opposite. Alex communicated with me clearly while I was in another state and took great care of my father locally. The conversation was transparent, direct, and easy. I recently purchased a vehicle from Fred Beans and wanted to share my experience. The car itself is great, but I was disappointed that it was delivered dirty. I was honestly a bit embarrassed to say anything at the time, but it definitely took away from the excitement of getting a new car. I ended up spending a good part of the weekend cleaning the car as the paint was very rough from all the dirt not properly removed. The amount of swirls marks I need to remove will have to be taken care of by a professional. That said, Rob McCoy was extremely easy to work with throughout the process—very straightforward, helpful, and respectful. The finance manager was also professional and made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the staff I dealt with were great, but I wish the vehicle had been cleaned properly before delivery. A clean car should be the bare minimum when taking delivery

I have been working with Fred Beans for the past decade. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the location and each experience has been better than the last. They always look for exactly what I'm looking for and never cease to exceed my expectations as a customer. Besides the purchasing side, their service side has also been phenomenal. I’ve been servicing both of my cars here for a while now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience every single time. Mark the Service Manager, Rob, Mike, Mark, and Matt are all absolutely amazing to work with. They are always quick, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and they truly make you feel like a VIP every time you walk through the door. It’s hard to find a service department you can genuinely trust, but this team consistently goes above and beyond.
