I am beyond satisfied with this dealership, in its entirety. Shawn Feeney was the salesman I hsd the pleasure of dealing with, and he went above and beyond to get me the best deal, given my circumstances, along with his manager. I highly recommend him and this dealership. He was 100% transparent from the beginning and he took the time to work with me in order to be comfortable with my purchase. This was probably the 12th car I've either purchased, leased or negotiated, in my life and hands down they are amazing! Thank you Mr.Feeney and Fred Beans, I'm loving my Jeep!

From the moment I saw the SUV online I was dealing with Shawn Feeney. He answered all the questions I had by phone prior to even going to the dealership. When I got there, Shawn was very personable. Not your regular stereotypical car salesman just trying to make a buck. We chatted like we’ve known each other for years about every day topics. This is my fifth time purchasing a Hyundai. This was my first time at Fred beans. I wish I knew Fred beans, five times earlier as the process was seamless and stress-free. Ali was my representative and had an answer for every question I asked, and at the same time, left me enough room to sort out my options and thoroughly inspect vehicle on my own with no pressure. The financing and price negotiations were done in a very fair manner, which made it easy to make a deal on the purchase I decided on. If you’re in the market for a Hyundai, I certainly recommend you give them a chance, As I highly recommend them.

Had an appointment last week because my car was not getting very good gas mileage I thought the spark plugs needed to be replaced. They did the 14 point safety check and 4 things came up to be done .So l had them do 2 of the 4 .When I got in the car to leave the engine light was on ( was Not on when I brought the car in) so I went back in .They took it in the back and said " they forgot to connect some wire .Saturday after getting gas the car would not start my husband looked under the hood and the battery terminals were very dirty. On my bill invoice it said they were clean. I called and spoke with Sal the service manager that said " sometimes things get forgotten he was sorry " I'm sorry too this was very bad customer service. This was 2 things done wrong on one visit doesn't give me much confidence in their service department.

My dad came with me, and we both agreed that Shawn’s like a cool dad who totally gets it. He understood what we needed, answered all our questions without any pressure, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
