Due to availability of the Limited, the build and shipping timeline can easily turn into a cycle of vague updates and unanswered questions. Michael prevented that entirely. He proactively shared build status and shipping updates. His communication was clear, timely, and accurate, so we knew exactly where things stood. On delivery day, he went well beyond simply handing over the keys. He walked us through the vehicle in detail, covering the technology, safety systems, driver assist features, and connectivity. He also highlighted the less obvious features that are easy to overlook. It was a walkthrough that actually prepared us to use the vehicle. (Word of warning, there are TONS of settings in the Limited, be prepared for a college course level learning curve). Phenomenal experience today. One of the best ever, and I’ve bought many, many cars at dealerships. I inquired about the car Thursday night, heard back Friday morning, made the 4.5 hour one-way trip, got paperwork done on the road, signed for all the required docs, traded in a car, and left after only an hour at the dealer.
