As far as car maintenance goes they will get your vehicle repaired. Unfortunately I had to return back for the same thing and it is never cheap going to a dealership. The customer service is good. There isn't a waiting area so customers were scattered over in the showroom. My jeep is older and well maintained. They take care of major repairs. They also give military and law enforcement discounts which I didn't find out about until my husband showed up in uniform for a different issue days later.

I went to see a vehicle that I saw on your website, and the same day they approved my credit and everything related to the vehicle, in a couple of hours I was driving my new SUV. Jim Boratenski attended me and although I did not understand the terms of the vehicles, he let me know easily. Thanks to Jim and the whole team of this prestigious company, I recommend it 1000% Thank you to everyone. And if in the future I would buy another vehicle, I am sure that I will do it with you!

I am writing this review for Fred Frederick's Body Shop. I work at a location where there is a constant need for auto repairs. When I send a vehicle to Fred Frederick, they immediately work on the car, and the turn around time is excellent. They repaired a car that was sitting for over a year, and made it look like it came from the show room floor. I would let them work on my own personal vehicle anytime. Fred & Chris are the best to work with, and their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know, and to all my business colleagues. I am never going to another repair shop again....always Fred Frederick!!!!! If I could rate them from 1-10, it would be a 10++ every time!!!!

Went there today 2/28/2026 , looking at new jeep Gladiator. John was my sales person. He was very professional and attentive. I was very impressed, although I did not buy, numbers just not what i was hoping for , which is okay . Never felt pressured to do anything by John or sales manager. Sales manger agreed the other dealer that offered me more on my trade , was a good deal . Didn’t buy, but I work close , so will get my vehicle serviced there. I highly Recommend John and this dealership.
