Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC

This dealership CARES!!! My husband and I took a trip from Waco tx (about 3 hours away) to visit fredricksburg. We made it here and in the morning we went to leave and my 2022 blazer would not reverse. I called this dealership and Gary answered the phone. He reassured us he would take care of us and that he did. Turns out my transmission went out and he contacted our warranty company and got a claim started. In the meantime Gary put us in a loaner vehicle while the repairs were needing to be made. He was very attentive and communicated easily with us. Hands down he was amazing and eased all of our anxieties. We are going back to Waco in the loaner vehicle provided by the dealership and will return to get our blazer once the new transmission has been put in. Gary heard our concerns and immediately helped us feel safe even when we felt stranded hours from home. Quite honestly because of the level of care and service we received I may make the trip back when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle. The sales guys up front were all extremely friendly even tho we had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle on this trip. Thank you to everyone who helped us out. You really are good people. Wonderful communication throughout our emergency from Cameron. A much better outcome than AAA had warned. Their diagnostics saved us a ton of money and time. Very comfortable lobby with free secured wifi and coffee options. The shuttle driver Rene brought us to a great lunch spot! Thank you for your help to get us in the road for our 22hr trip home. You'd be our go-to service if we lived there. Alexis was very kind in sales too. Wish I had won that battle, but we made it home in our '19 Tahoe that will continue to run for a long time.

My husband and I had the greatest pleasure of working with Jared. This has been a completely different car buying experience for us. Jared was clear, answered all our questions ahead of time, and throughout the process. He wasn’t mean or pushy, and actually is a really cool guy who loves disco and SpongeBob! Very laid back, but still professional and super helpful. He made sure we got great pricing and worked with rates/terms we wanted. We will definitely keep him and this dealership saved for the next time we need/want a new car! We thought because we scheduled so late in the week (Friday afternoon) that we couldn’t make the purchase work, but they made it work and made sure all our financing was squared out so we could get the keys!!

I had trouble with my car while I was passing through on my way across county and i pulled into this dealership and was met with the nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure to buy a car from, they were understanding and helpful at every turn. I can't speak highly enough of both JR and Jared and the service guy Gary, all of their work got me and my family back on the road in a car my wife and I absolutely love.
