So happy with the service at Fredericton Volkswagen. Olenga saw me looking at my soon to be honda pilot and came out to greet me. He was very helpful through the whole process. He let me test drive it right away and answered all of my questions and concerns. It was always warmed up and ready to go when I got up there. Brent also really went above and beyond getting me the most competitive rates and keeping me consistently in the loop. He made this process super smooth. I absolutely love my new ride! I highly recommend the staff at Fredericton Volkswagen if your in the market for a new or used vehicle!

I purchased & picked up a 2026 Golf GTI today, & wanted to drop a review to give some credit to Olenga & Chris at Fredericton VW. From the moment I arrived at 10am, these two worked diligently to get me into the car I wanted to buy. They explained things clearly, & I felt 0 pressure to purchase something I truely didnt want. They worked with me on the warranty, & I left the dealership feeling like I got good value for my money on a very nice vehicle (which to me, is very important with the cost of things these days). I will also add that Dan, one of the owners/managers of the dealership, was very friendly with me throughout the process. My only complaint is that I couldnt get another hat to upgrade with my car, but their espresso machine made up the difference for me. Cheers

As usual, we had excellent service. The recall and service took about two hours, as we had been told. It passed quickly in a bright, airy space with drinks, reading material and a TV available. We were offered a drive, but decided to stay there as it was a very rainy day. Our car was made available to us in the dry drive thru at the end of the appointment. We appreciated getting into a dry car with dry clothes! Thank you.

After my Atlas was towed to the dealership late Sunday, the service I received from VW Fredericton was amazing!! By Wednesday, my car was already fixed, and this even if the technicians had their full week booked. The offer of getting a loaner car for my family was a game changer. Being a family on the go, we couldn't do without. This is exactly the type of service I expect when purchasing a used car through a dealership. No difference then purchasing brand new, simple people first!! Thank you very much.
