Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My family has purchased seven vehicles from Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram over the years, so when I moved to Georgia, I honestly wondered if I’d ever find a dealership that could match those experiences—or if it would even be possible to keep working with them from so far away. I decided to give Chris a call last Friday to see what my options were. I told him exactly what I was looking for and asked (half expecting a “no”) if delivery to Georgia—16 hours away—was even possible. Without hesitation, Chris assured me they could make it happen. Within just two days, Chris had located my dream Jeep and arranged for David to personally drive it all the way down to me. That alone would have been impressive, but the attention to detail truly stood out. David was incredibly dependable and took great care of the vehicle—the floor mat protectors still looked brand new after such a long trip! On top of that, Chris surprised me with a thoughtful gift bag that included an amazing Jeep hoodie and hat. David also shared that Jamie was working behind the scenes to coordinate everything and make sure he had a safe and smooth trip back home. It’s clear this team works together seamlessly to create an exceptional customer experience. When I arrived at the dealership on Monday I found out that the Jeep I wanted had just been sold. Tyler not only found me the exact Jeep I wanted but drove hours to get it AND delivered it to me! My experience buying a pre-owned vehicle here was seamless and no hassle. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The truck was well priced. Tom was a great straight forward salesman who was not pushy at all. As far as the vehicle, I knew what I was looking for but didn't necessarily expect to get as good of a trim package as I did here for the money I spent. I must admit, I'm so thrilled every time I get in my new truck, I almost have to pinch myself. Thank you guys!!

My kids and I had a great experience here! Well. We were on our way to Jamestown after dropping my husband off at the Buffalo airport. It was a long drive! We needed to stretch our legs, and I'm also car shopping. They were closed, but we had a great time checking out their excellent options and an amazing selection for third row seating! Hard to find! I'll be back when they are open instead of 8pm. Also, there was an unlocked police car there. I locked my kids in the back and told them they were going to jail. But. I think that having a cop car where people could potentially get themselves stuck in the back is not so good, as there is no way to get out of the back seat with the doors closed. Might wanna watch that.

Just got finished with a trade in/new vehicle purchase. From start to finish, Sales Manager Chris Sausaman was responsive and up front with pricing and what they could do to get the deal I was looking for (Unlike their competitors). We nailed down the deal within a day without me having to come to the dealership. In addition, they provided home pickup of the trade and delivery of new vehicle which was huge, considering the distance I am from the dealership. All said and done, a great experience and I will certainly recommend them going forward.
