# Summary The dealership receives praise for knowledgeable sales staff who provide efficient service and problem-solving, with multiple customers highlighting exceptional individual employees who go above expectations. However, some customers have reported significant issues including lengthy service delays, incomplete repairs requiring multiple visits, discrepancies in vehicle mileage documentation, and unresponsive management when concerns are raised.

My sales associate was Jessica. She made it really simple. Was knowledgable and allowed me to make my own decision and did not hound me. Mike the sales manager was easy to work with. Told them the exact car I wanted. Went on a test drive. Was in and out within 1 hr. Financing was super easy. They only ran my credit once with the beat lender available. Got me approved and in a new vehicle. Highly recommend this sales team. 10/10 Experience

When my initial financing option fell through, I was bummed. I thought the whole deal was over. I was already preparing myself for disappointment. But then—Walnetta Reid called me. She didn’t ask for a million documents or give me the runaround. She simply asked: “Do you like red?” I said yes. And she said the words I did NOT expect to hear that day: “Come get your car.” Walnetta found me the perfect car and went and found me the perfect financing and told me, with full confidence, “I have the car for you.” And she meant it. She turned my whole experience around, from stressed and discouraged to excited and driving off in a 2026 Buick Envista like it was meant for me all along. She handled every detail, every setback, every question with professionalism and magic-level problem solving. If you want someone who will go the extra mile, fight for you, and refuse to let you leave without options, go see Walnetta. She didn’t just sell me a car—she delivered a whole comeback story. Thank you again Walnetta!!!

Many thanks to the Service Director Mr. Lee Craig…It is beyond exceptional service that was delivered.. this man not only was closed when I pulled up on 5/1/26 with questions I had regarding a service to my vehicle. He assured that business would be handled accordingly the next day 5/2/26 and here I am receiving just what he said and I feel a little more. However, I don’t think I’ve met anyone in Customer Service that has the utmost respect for ANY person and delivers superb customer service with a high level of professionalism! Mr. Lee keep walking with the King Sir and Continue to Lead Well..🙏🏾🙌🏾 C.Murray

Unfortunately, I have had a very negative experience with service and my service advisor, Brandon, at this dealership. Other people may have had great experiences with Brandon and the service department, but unfortunately that has not been my story. Instead it had been very frustrating to put it lightly. I dropped my car off March 26, 2026 because of a recall and my vehicle had transmission issues. It took nearly 3 weeks to be put in a free loaner vehicle and a long time for diagnostics. My service advisor’s communication was not well in the beginning. It improved later. The last week of April, I finally received my vehicle back repaired. May 14, 2026 my car started showing signs that it was NEVER TRULY repaired. SO TWO WEEKS LATER and some days, and I’m needing to take the car back up to the dealership again with no loaner vehicle provided since apparently, they don’t provide that until they’re able to look into the vehicle which last time took weeks. So yeah, a negative experience but that is only my story; Maybe the super long wait time is normal/standard or others have better experiences in dealing with service.

We had a very interesting experience through this dealer. They had just gotten the car when we saw it April 18th. The hood of the car was damaged so we were told the car was sent off April 22. That car was finally done May 23. Car was fixed. On our way home I realized the car had way more mileage than it was supposed to have. On the listing and our papers we signed the mileage was listed as 16698. They proceeded to tell me they don’t update their mileage on the website. The car was close to 18,000. Now it’s over 19,000 from the time we test drove it and the time it was “getting fixed”. I searched the car facts. The last mileage reported was 17,696. How did it get to 19,543? Especially when it was sitting at the shop for a little over a month. I was told between test driving and it getting fixed and being test drive for the fix that is how the mileage got to that much. None of what they were saying was making any sense. The whole thing was sketchy. They told me they had sent the car to a Buick service center. None of the service was reported on the car fax history. Which I think is odd. Also they said “they service all their cars.” The oil on the car hasn’t been done. My car said it was at 65%. Shouldn’t it be at 100%? I get mistakes happen but there was no good explanation for the large difference for the mileage of this car. The service was overall okay. I should have went through carmax. Wouldn’t have to deal with mileage fraud. Apparently it is a thing. Update: I have had to go back and forth from my loan company and their finance agent. Which has been annoying. It’s not my job to do. I have never had to do anything to get my loan paid off after purchasing a new car. My loan company had called us to let us know that the finance person tried to say we had the car for 2 weeks. I had just gotten the car. I had let my loan company know what was going on. Messaged the gm. He didn’t really do anything. He sent me a tracking number for my pay off which was wrong. Didn’t answer any my concerns. Ignored my first message. The mistakes that have been made. I’m ready to be down with this company. I definitely regret buying a car through this company.
