If you are unsure of where to purchase a reliable vehicle — don’t hesitate to go to Freedom!!! I had been shopping for a Chevy Malibu and not having much luck on finding one that fit me. However, I came to Freedom and was greeted by Jeff B. He was patient with me and allowed me to test drive any car that I was interested in. He was knowledgeable about the serval Malibus he had on the lot. This was the first lot that actually had options! I was able to cop this amazingly beautiful 2023 Chevy Malibu with low miles for a fair price. We laughed, joked, and made small talk while also handling business. I will be purchasing from this lot going forward as well as refer all friends and family. Thank you for helping me buy the car that I have always wanted! 🫶🏼

Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, but was determined with a mindset on a brand new jeep with one I had seen on their website. Unfortunately the one chosen, me or wife were unable to get inside do to the ground clearance. Our salesman Todd Rhodes went above and beyond to find a suitable car we would like, and able to get inside. Our salesman, Todd , a manager Keith ( I believe it was his name), and the financial associate were all a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and satisfied with their service.

I never write reviews, especially bad ones but I am for this situation. I just got a “newer” vehicle from this dealership, apparently in “good condition” for its price. It had one owner before it who apparently took GREAT care of it, but that’s showing to be false. Almost every other week I’m finding out something new about this car, not in a good way either. Just before I wrote this review, I got a flat tire on my drivers side. This tire has been losing air since the day we bought the vehicle but I didn’t think anything of it since I drive that vehicle a lot. However, comes to show that when I was getting the spare tire on, apparently the front end AND alignment is bad, plus the passenger sides tire. So now I have to get a bunch of stuff done. Besides that, I’ve also had small things here and there, like one of the door handles that was broken and fell apart, one of the windows barely works now, if at all, some of the signals on the dash don’t work, plus I just had my airbag signal come on too. There’s been other problems too, but this is already long enough. Make sure you check out every single thing before buying any vehicles bc apparently a “good condition” vehicle, low mileage and clean interior, does NOT mean it will be good in a couple of months. 😒
