I recently bought a used car from this dealership for my son. Had a few issues the day I drove it off the lot and the entire team was so wonderful addressing them with me! Ted, who is I believe the service manager made sure his vehicle was road ready, Anthony our salesman was kind, honest and direct. I was skeptical of purchasing used from a big dealer due to higher prices that tend to come with buying from dealers versus other marketplaces, but they gave me a fair deal and I know this car will be safe for several years due to their service inspection and work on the vehicle. Much better experience than I have had at dealers in Fort Wayne, definitely will be returning for future vehicle purchasing and service. Thanks guys for being so wonderful!

Needed an oil change as it was due. I initially was going to book an appointment at a different Chevy dealership but they had inconvenient days and times. On a whim, looked at Hi-day availability and had an opening same day and suitable time. Booked it and by 9:30am, I was done. And have great service and warm cookies.
