This location needs to properly repair its waiting room. Please see my update, the condition at the place is worse. Even if there’s a leak, replace the damaged tiles once the water has stopped seeping. Home Depot carries the same tiles in packaged cases, which might be useful for quick replacements. The staff members are courteous and professional. However, the overall setup of the facility is poorly organized and needs improvement. In April 2026, I plan to visit again, and unfortunately, the condition has deteriorated further since my last visit. The floor tiles are stained and appear neglected, and oil changes now take nearly two hours due to inefficient service. Additionally, there are more ceiling tiles missing, exposing the ceiling framework. Mopar should be ashamed of this level of maintenance. Is this really the standard you hold for your customers and their vehicles?

Had to drop my vehicle for several warranty repairs and Thomas in service took of my service needs! He continuously provided me with updates and made sure I was aware of the repairs! Will def be back for all my service needs on my vehicles!

Absolutely the best truck buying experience I have ever had! Everyone was professional and not pushy at all. They truly just wanted me to be happy and get the vehicle I wanted. This was my second time there. First time got turned down, last year. This time they did what they could and was wheeling and dealing with the bank they use. They got me approved with no money down even with bad credit. Their bank goes by what a person makes and not by their credit. It was a spectacular day and happy with my vehicle I was able to get.

Best car dealership experience I’ve had. I’m no fan of going to dealerships, but Ryan, Anthony and Alex did a great job at making the process as quick and seamless as possible. No pressure, no haggle, a great deal, and they even helped me get financing for my new business.
