Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat by Ed Morse

Recently, I brought in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler for service, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jimmy at the service counter was outstanding. He kept me informed throughout the process with text updates, which made everything easy and stress-free. The technician did a great job with the repair/service, and when I picked up the Jeep, everything was completed correctly with no issues. It’s reassuring to have a service department I can trust, and this visit was another reminder of why I keep coming back. Thanks to Jimmy and the service team for the excellent work!

5/15, Tried to rent a car at enterprise, due to my Jeep breaking down near their business. there was nothing available until Monday. had to have jeep towed to Freedom. Thank goodness for their service department, they had a loaner so I could get my friend to the airport and I could come back to deal with my Jeep. They took an incredibly stressful day and turned it into a fantastic story I'll be telling my friends about. What a wonderful group of people. I usually don't like going to dealership due to prices, but I'll be back due to service! btw, my Jeep was ready for pick up the next day, worth every penny!

Dalton in Finance, alone is worth buying from Freedom in Durant, OK! He surpassed all expectations handling unusual circumstances with Wisdom and the willingness to do more than was required of him, He never pushed his own will, simply helped us do what needed to be done, answered all of our questions, and Like a Pro, entertained, three rowdy kids during it all!!!!!! Fast, friendly, and excellent customer service! These guys actually listen to my needs and put me where I wanted to be, and DID NOT try to up-sale me. I have never experienced that at a car dealership before! I 100% support this dealership!
