I purchased a vehicle from them on a financing plan that included a warranty, yet it has spent more time in the shop—approximately two months—than I have spent driving it. I decided to take it out of their shop because they were unable to fix it; they refused to pay for the necessary parts and were instead trying to find a supplier with lower prices. The service was abysmal; no one was willing to face me directly—only the young woman in the office, who was very polite—while the others wouldn't even agree to speak with me in person.

In and out in less than an hour and a half including trade appraisal?! Ask to speak to Kevin Preston in sales and he will not disappoint, got me into a truck we loved, no pressure, just a fun, easy, good time! I believe it was Ryan? In financing, who blew that out of the park as well! I requested a good warranty, and gap included and he did that within my budget again, no pressure no sweat! Desk manager was awesome as well I just am terrible with names! Each individual party included introduced themselves which goes a long way. Freedom CDJR will get er done and get er done quick! Just bought a used ‘25 Tundra from Gannon at Freedom and he and the whole staff made the process as easy as I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. Straightforward and no BS (best I can tell anyways lol) and felt no pressure at all to make a decision one way or the other. It’s nice to walk into a dealership and not be swarmed by salesmen. I live 1-1/2hrs north of the dealership and it was worth the drive for that pressure free laid back experience vs convenience. We will be back for sure!

My Service Manager Tyler and the entire staff here at Freedom took great care of me and my Jeep Cherokee when I was here. It was my first time working with them at this dealership. I noticed my Jeep Cherokee was having some brake pad wear down so I took it in to get it checked out. And I definitely noticed an alignment from these potholes around here. Tyler advised me about the rear brakes and that the tires on my Jeep were the wrong size for my vehicle and were all different sizes each. So that probably had an extra effect on the braking also. Tyler recommended replacing all four tires and the brakes. It’s riding and driving great now thanks to the awesome staff here at Freedom.
