Freeland Chevrolet Service

Came into Nashville for a week with the family, our vehicle started shows signs of low voltage. Change the battery and the next day, voltage was showing 11.8 on the dash again. Called Freeland Chevy and spoke to Kevin and was nice to get me in and out all in the same day. Replaced the alternator and had no issues for the rest of the trip. Even took it on another road trip. I want to Thank Kevin and the Service team on helping our family out! Even on a Friday! I am be on thankful for getting the car fix right! Will definitely be back for any repairs if and when we come back to Nashville!!! Thank you Kevin and the Service Team!!!!

Cyndi was awesome. She went above what I expected with the repair on my truck. She was informative and made me feel like my best interest was her focus. That’s next level customer service. Thank you.

Wonderful! Came in for a recall (I had to reschedule a few times unfortunately do to me being so busy at work) I finally just called & asked if I could just drop my vehicle when I got a chance to get away from work. They said absolutely. Finally was able to get over there, walked in & spoke with Kevin. He welcomed me in so warmly, a very kind man. Asked me what he could do for me, told him everything, he said it wasn't a problem they would take care of me. Gave me a realistic time frame from when it would get checked out/fixed/completed-being in the collision industry, I know how important that is to a customer. Gave me all the info & I told him to let me know if anything arises. They had me diagnosed & already contacted me by the time I got back to work (30 mins) which I was so shocked because I was told it would probably be the next day when they could take a look. He told me they were taking care of my recall & offered other recommendations. Worked that out & they had me completed next day! I couldn't pick up until Friday as it was too late to get over to them Wednesday night and Thursday was New Years Day. Picked up Friday, went over paperwork with him and he pulled my car up to me because it was raining which he absolutely did not have to do. Very wonderful man and great service.

So I visited Freeland Chev for a routine maintenance and bc I didn’t want to buy new tires or get extra services when the door wasn’t closed the technician Kevin talked about me like a DOG!!! I bought my first car there and have been servicing my vehicles there for years I did approach him and let him know that I heard EVERYTHING he said and after licking open wounds and listening to his wack apology the svc mgr who sold me my 1st car came out and very nonchalantly said I am so sorry you had to experience that. Blah blah blah definitely was NOT genuine AT ALL. But guess what! I went Wednesday and they now close the doors so that customers can’t overhear their conversations lol!!!

I had to take my car in to get the turbo booster replaced. It coded on me on my way to work. This was on a Tuesday. Fortunately they were able to get me in the same day. The service managers there are very friendly. I was working with Cydney. They were able to replace my turbo booster the same day. Unfortunately, when they pulled my car around for me to leave, when I started my car it started jerking and it gave a different code so they had to take it back. They worked on it a little bit more brought it back and I went to get back in my car and the code was showing again. They took it back once again and ended up having to keep it for several days to figure out the issue. The following Monday I called looking for more of a detailed status of what they were checking, still needed to check and next steps. I have never had a mechanical issue so I wasn’t sure how all this works. Cyd got an update and called me back and she gave good news it was ready. I verified they had test drove it and no codes! I’m glad they resolved my issues and I got my car back, I just wish it didn’t taken so long to figure it out. I was without a car almost a week. But it is what it is.
