Cyd has always taken good care of me. She displays excellent communication and customer service. The environment is clean and pleasant as well. I’ve been coming here for the good customer service since last year. I love coming to this place compared to taking my vehicle to GMC of Murfreesboro. I always give people a few chances but I had to stop going to Murfreesboro for numerous reasons.

I’ve been taking my truck to Freeland Chevrolet for several years and have always had a great experience. After moving to Murfreesboro, I tried the local Chevrolet service center, but unfortunately it was the worst service experience I’ve had—I spent nearly four hours there for a simple oil change. Even though Freeland is now a longer drive for me, I’ve decided to continue taking my vehicle there because the service is worth it. Johnny consistently provides outstanding customer service, keeps me informed, and makes the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and customer care these days. I highly recommend Freeland Chevrolet and especially Johnny for anyone looking for a dealership that truly values its customers.

The process of purchasing my used Trail Boss was smooth as butter. Lawrence was my salesman and he was great. Very informative and knowledgeable about their products. John at the front desk got us to the exact number I wanted to be at. The whole process was less than 2 hours! I highly recommend this dealership! Thanks guy!

If I could give this dealership a 10 I would. Service super star Johnny Velez was exceptional above and beyond in taking care of us! We were traveling from Florida to Indiana. We broke down in Nashville and thank God we turned off on that exit that led us to Freeland Chevrolet! I had called several dealerships to help us as we had to have our vehicle towed and needed to know where to have it taken but 2 places could not even take a look at the truck FOR 2 WEEKS!!!! Thankfully, Freeland Chevrolet was able to look at the truck that very day. They quickly accessed the vehicle and had a diagnosis within several hours and began working to fix the truck THAT day. They were committed in getting us back in the road asap. The fix required a new transmission and mount block, two MAJOR repairs that require that we stay the night. Mr. Velez not only suggested a reasonably price clean safe hotel - he even drove us to the hotel unloaded our luggage AND picked us up the next morning drove us back to the dealership and had us back on the road by 1pm. The mechanic, Terry Plunkett, even came out to speak to us explaining exactly what he did in repairing complete with pictures. Come on now!!! People don’t normally go above and beyond like this! I have never been treated with such kindness concern and complete dedication to fix our problem. We felt like family with this dealership. A huge thank you to Mr. Velez. He is a very valuable asset to your business. He’s one of your front line faces who represent your business every day. He deserves recognition for his ability to take care of customers that goes WAY beyond what he is required to do. And oh…Terry..your mechanic..just Wow! The fact that he came out to explain what he had done to repair the vehicle was outstanding. He was clear concise and very kind. The fact he was able to complete that very involved repair made us feel valued and cared about. What a great asset to your company this young man is!! Linda and I will never forget your kindness!
