My daughter bought her first car. We worked with John Valdez and he was great! Thorough, patient, and helped us to make sure this was the right car for her and would meet our budget needs as well. I would definitely come back to Freeland and to John to buy another car. Fantastic experience.

I went in yesterday with the idea of ordering a Jeep Cherokee. I ended up with a 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie. It's a beautiful almost sage green with black interior. I'm in love! All of the employees that I interacted with were pleasant, and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all. Jordan Thompson was so very patient with me and my indecisiveness. He made sure that I left happy, and with something that I truly loved! If you're in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram. Go see him! You really won't regret it.

Had to get my oil housing filter replaced along with my cars fluids and Danielle made it quick and easy. Answered all the questions I had and made it a great experience! Next time you need a service done I’d ask to speak to Danielle!

My car broke down on Thursday near Greenville, SC. ​​I went to the nearest service center, and they told me to come back on Monday. When I went back on Monday, they told me to come back the following Monday. So I drove my broken car at 25 mph to Nashville, TN. I went to two service centers here, and they told me my car was too high and they couldn't repair it. Finally, I came here, handed over my car, and rented a hotel room for three days, expecting the repair to take a long time. I was informed that my car was repaired within 24 hours. I would like to thank the company and all the staff very much; you made me very happy.

Experience was awesome and has been every time we have needed to get something done on the car. This time is was for complete tyres (tires) replacement and it was awesome because the team were great and just getting everything organised (organized) with the help of lovely Danielle Ps. Must also mentioned Micky (on all previous occasions) was/is truly awesome too. Such wonderful people and the reason for a 5* review! Highly recommend
