Sandy Sanchez was just a delight to work with…very knowledgeable & so helpful. Hector in Finance was great to work with too. And, Mike from Costco Car Program, was fun & knowledgeable. He took his time to show me all the new bells and whistles that came equipped with this car. He even told me to come back when I get my new iPhone 17 so he could sync it with all the bells and whistles! Going forward, I am proud to become a loyal Freeman Toyota Customer!! Thank you again! Came in to look at a used Highlander after watching sales for several months. Met with Matt on the lot for a quick view and listen to the engine, made an appointment for the next morning. Test drove it the following day. Matt was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, did not try to over sell it or push for a sale. I was familiar with Freeman Toyota as my parents have purchased several vehicles from them over the years. It was a great experience overall.

Amazing experience buying my wife her first new car. She picked a 26 Camry XLE AWD in the Ocean color. She was very specific. I looked online at dealerships, found one in transit locally, and tried to buy it. We had a terrible experience. So I expanded my search and found the car in stock at Freeman’s. I was not looking forward to the typical sales pressure but I had to try. I submitted an inquiry online and was contacted quickly by the Internet Sales Manager, Dave. I was presented a very reasonable offer in writing that I accepted followed by a no pressure talk with the finance guy, Alan. In less than an hour, I was electronically signing paperwork and the deal was done. Easy. No pressure. No attempts to up sell. Two days later, I dropped off my down payment, picked up the keys, and drove away. It was my best experience buying a new car… by far. Most importantly, my wife loves her car. She is very happy.
