This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I was coming out of a really stressful situation after my previous car was totaled, and Matt and Chuck truly took care of me. They worked so hard behind the scenes to make the numbers work and get me into a 2026 Trax ACTIV at an incredible price. I felt respected, supported, and never pressured. They listened to my situation and really went the extra mile to help me. I honestly feel like they gave me a deal that set me up for success, not just a sale. I’m so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Bailey was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We had just had such a bad experience at another dealership near by and she made our frustrating day into an amazing day! We ended up leaving with our new 2026 tahoe that night. I would definitely recommend this dealership if your looking for great customer service, amazing trade in values, and deals! This is by far the BEST experience I've had with a dealership for buying a car. They got me the price of the vehicle I wanted without any pushy tactics. My salesperson, Seth was simply the best. Made sure I was comfortable and receiving everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Rebecca took care of me when I had to complete the tint and minor bumper repairs. She was thorough and kept me update on repairs. I would most definitely recommend and return to this dealership for future purchases.

I spotted a car for sale online Saturday afternoon and I left a message with the company Freeway Chevrolet. Monday morning at 8:00 when they opened I called they put me in touch with the young man named Kevin Pierson. I told him about the vehicle I was looking at gave him stock number and VIN number and he said it was at their other store and he would talk to his boss about bringing it down. He return my call a little bit later saying that that car went into a fleet and the paperwork had not gone through. He said he would look to see what he could find on his back screen he called me back said he had exact same one 2026 Chevy Traverse 2LT four-wheel drive tow package. He said he would go across town to get it he did we left our location met him at the dealership he was already back. We introduced ourselves and went for a test drive came back did the paperwork. We met with the finance person Alec Garrison. He went through all the paperwork with us signed everything and then Kevin gave us a ride over to our bank where we got a cashier's check and took it back to them. Kevin and Alec both very pleasant young men great to work with we highly recommend that if possible you get together with Kevin if you want to buy a vehicle. Reg & Judy PS: I did receive a text from the message that I left at the dealership on Saturday at about 8:20 20 minutes after they open so whoever is watching the online messages from the e weekend is doing a great job too.
