This post is well over due. We reached out to several dealers. I spoke with several salesmen. And it seemed like they wanted the quick and easy. I had a truck for a trade in and it seemed like they were not interested. We kept looking and got in touch with these guys and found Patrick C. I told him our families needs. I my self am a service guy so quickly I found that this was the guy for our family. He’s honest, he has heart and wants the best for you and your family. He was consistent and worked with us for about a month. Could have been longer. He got down to the color but most importantly it was what our family needed. This guy cares about what he does and he will treat you like you are part of his own. He went out of his way to help us out as much as he could. He even brought us the vehicle and took our trade in. Bobby is a sweetheart, super attentive, listening to what I needed and got me into a great vehicle that I love, instead of telling me ‘sorry this is all we have’. I just got done buying a Ford edge just next-door. I did not feel like the sales person had listened to what I needed and had informed me after papers were signed that the vehicle did not have auto start that I wanted. over the next two days I was very frustrated driving a vehicle I felt was very cheap despite how much money it cost. Monday I started talking to Bobby, who listened to what I wanted and needed for a vehicle due to driving all over Fremont county as a home health/hospice nurse. Bobby then worked with me via text with our busy schedules so that I could meet up with him at 10 o’clock Wednesday morning. During our text messages, he found a 2024 Jeep Cherokee that was just amazing and made me feel right at home compared to the previous 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk I had previously owned. Wednesday came he had the perfect vehicle there and through the refinancing we actually got me a better interest rate. Bobby, thank you so much for all your time and support.
