Fremont Ford Sheridan

I ordered a Ford while overseas and Fremont took great care of me. I showed up unannounced, since I had just returned home from overseas. Well, the truck was delivered early and they were able to get it into the shop and do the detailing and everything while we finished up the paperwork - despite not expecting me. Very quick and accommodating.

We are new to town and we had an issue with our Truck, they got us in and fixed us up in a few days! Great service department and very friendly staff. We will recommend and continue to use for service and future buying needs!

I lost my keys in Sheridan Wy. I called the dealership about getting a new key.they came and picked me up and took me to the dealership to take care of the details. I met with Stuart and he took care of everything as well as keeping track of me. The process went Smooth with him running the show, but as it turned out, my keys were found, yet that wasn’t the end of it. He kept track of me and checked on me to make sure I got home, safe, and to me and my wife, that was going above and beyond. If I needed a vehicle and lived anywhere near that area, that’s the first place I would go. Thank you Stuart.

Purchased my daughter's car there and it an absolute breeze. The people very courteous and helpful. Tamara was awesome in explaining every step of the finance portion to my daughter so she would understand how to in future purchases. Great job guys!
