Recently needed urgent service on my truck right before selling it when the engine light suddenly came on. I had less than a day to get it checked, and the team at Fremont Motors truly went above and beyond. Alina got me scheduled immediately, and Jamie quickly ran the codes even though they were already busy with their own workload. The entire team made time for me, which I greatly appreciated given the time-sensitive situation. The service manager even coordinated support from Glenrock to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be minor and only required clearing the codes—but the responsiveness and professionalism made all the difference. The service manager followed up, and Ross, the GM, also took the time to check in afterward. The customer service here is truly top-notch. Every person I interacted with was exceptional in their role, and their teamwork and dedication did not go unnoticed.
