The whole crew is amazing, they are all very friendly while I was waiting on finances to come through. Larry was extremely helpful in this process! Especially when showing me all the electronics and gizmos that I'm not used to/don't have on my trip vehicle. The process was not stressful with the whole crew and very happy with the service. I will be going back to them for future purchases :)

I would like to start by saying I have bought 2 dodges from rawlins Fremont in the last two years, now I was almost done with Fremont due to lander branch and a bad deal I got 4 years ago but the team at rawlins was courteous and welcoming, I would ask for Lauren she has a great attitude and very friendly, the team even had patience when we had a little hiccup with the bank they weren’t trying to push us out, they stayed a little late and helped us Finnish everything up, great staff great team, highly recommend!!!! Anyone who has visited a dealership to buy or trade-in a car will tell you how stressful it can be because you might deal with staff who are deceptive and/or only interested in maximizing their profits. I drove 4 hours to visit Fremont Motor Rawlins from another state because I felt like I can trust the people at this dealership, and I feel very confident that it was worth the time and energy. Drew and Misty were extremely cooperative in helping me find the right vehicle for my family. Even though it wasn't in their local lineup, they got it delivered there for me anyways. On the day I was coming, the dealership didn't have detailers to clean the new car. Misty took the initiative of cleaning it herself, and I wouldn't have known any difference because of how spotless the vehicle was! That to me is a strong sign of how dedicated she is. I'm in a unique phase of my career where it wasn't easy to be approved for financing either, but Drew and Gilbert were relentless in helping me get on the road with my new car, as well as finding a bank that offered the best rate and monthly payment for my budget. I'm extremely grateful to everyone there and highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a team that is dedicated, honest, and trustworthy.

Truck had some issues on a cross country road trip. Fremont Motors helped us check it out and clear the codes and didn’t charge us a dime. The staff there was beyond wonderful. Helpful, happy, and incredibly nice.
