Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, we went in and honestly didn’t even plan on buying something that day we were just trying to figure out some financing and before we even looked at a vehicle Nicole already has us approved for more than we expected at a better rate than we expected, we went in with very low expectations and left with a beautiful vehicle that I know will serve my family well. Nicole was an absolute superstar and I highly recommend her, she knows what she’s doing and you can tell that the customers needs and wants are the highest item on her priority list which you don’t see often when buying from dealerships anymore. Also a big shout out to Mike, he didn’t sell us the car and had no obligation to help but any vehicle we were interested in he had at the front door waiting before we even left our seats, him and Nicole make an amazing team and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle especially if you are dealing with financial blocks, Nicole can navigate through any of that. Nicole and team will absolutely be the first place I go to next time I am in the market for a vehicle. I don’t think there are enough stars to express how great of a car buying experience it truly was.
