# Summary The dealership earns strong praise for its sales team's friendliness, efficiency, and attentiveness—particularly from first-time buyers—with multiple customers highlighting seamless transactions and personalized service. However, some customers report significant issues with post-sale service quality, including incomplete pre-delivery inspections and slow response times to mechanical problems that compromise vehicle safety.
Matt was amazing! I bought my Durango from victory about 5 years ago, brought it in to trade on a new jeep grand Cherokee L. Stopped in Friday mid day, and drove away with my new car Saturday at 12. I could not be more impressed by the sales team especially, Matt. Every question I had he answered and he worked so quickly to get me into my new ride. The color I wanted in the Jeep was at their Hamilton location. They made sure to send someone Friday afternoon to get the car to ensure Saturday delivery. Thanks for making the car buying process so quick and easy. If you’re looking for vehicle Matt is your guy!
Bought my first car from these guys. Tired of the old buy here pay here places collecting old junkers to get through a season. These people are top notch!!! Every process from the loan to the setting up of insurance was an absolute easy process. Big shout out to Matthew from the rome location for helping me through all of the process to get my dream car that I never thought I needed. Easily the best dealer in rome. If your looking for a new car if your looking for anything automotive I highly highly HIGHLY recommend these guys. Just go in and ask for matt and allow him to work his magic! Thank you so much guys for helping me understand all of the things I need to to get in a car that's comfortable safe and reliable. And my kids said "whoa dad that car is super 67" whatever that means lol
We had such a great experience buying a car with Dave! I was there with my son as he was purchasing his first car, and Dave made the entire process so easy and comfortable for both of us. He was patient, honest, and took the time to explain everything, which really meant a lot—especially for a first-time buyer. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and truly cared about making sure my son found the right car. Dave really made my son’s first car buying experience a stress free, happy and memorable experience. Highly recommend asking for Dave if you’re looking for a great, trustworthy salesman!!!
After purchasing a new vehicle in 2025 my doors would fly open around corners or sometimes simply not latch. I brought this to their attention and it took them a month to get it in and service it. It took them four days to make the repair and I was told the problem was solved. It is now a year later, and I am still dealing with the same problem along with their incompetent service department. One would think doors opening while driving would be a priority fix. After the sale is complete, they simply do not care.
I wasn’t going to provide a review but after having lunch recently with a friend who had a similar experience I feel I should share. I had no issue with the sales or finance portion of my purchase as both lived up to the “Friendly” name. However, as I spend time driving and getting aquatinted with my new RAM I’m discovering that a dealer PDI was never competed. The most obvious clue is that the tire pressures were set between 80 and 85 Lbs. That’s typical when a vehicle is in “ship mode”. There is even a chalk mark on the tire and a sticker on the wheel that reads “peel here”. Obviously meant to be removed. Because it was March I had requested that the truck be waxed before I took delivery. It was neither washed nor waxed. When I arrived that day and looked the truck over I noticed both the floor mats and the fifth wheel puck covers were missing. My salesman found and installed them but, again, evidence of no PDI. There are other clues but you get my point. RAM pays its dealers for a PDI (1.5 hrs I believe) so why wasn’t it done? Maybe because I was a cash customer and took advantage of no aftermarket money makers other than rust proofing? Doesn’t matter, I bought the most expensive vehicle I’ve ever purchased. It should have had a PDI.
