Bought my 2026 Chevy Silverado RST from Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas this Saturday, and I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to Cornell. Hands down one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. Cornell knows his stuff, kept everything straight with no games, no pressure, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to answer every question, worked hard to get the deal right, and made sure I drove out in exactly the truck I wanted. If you’re looking for a new Chevy, ask for Cornell — seriously. The guy hustles, treats people right, and actually makes buying a vehicle enjoyable. Friendly Chevrolet has a solid one on their team. Appreciate you, Cornell — you killed it.

If I could I would give them no stars! Been a customer since 2014 bought 4 vehicles from Friendly Chevrolet. Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic since you would assume they’re “certified” technicians should know about they’re vehicles was told it was my catalytic converter’s got referred by they’re advisor to a place get them replaced turns out it wasn’t the issue took it back to the dealership with the same issues and was told it was the fuel injectors got them cleaned and turns out it wasn’t that either then they held my truck to figure out what the issue was they had it for a year and five months! Just to be told that I there wasn't anything done to my vehicle had to get my truck towed from the dealership. Because I was told I had to replace the catalytic converters again and to replace motor mounts which had nothing to do with what the vehicle was doing! Mark Eddins needs to be aware of what’s going on at his dealership I know of a two other customers who dealt with the same problem. This is no way to treat a “valuable customer”according to they’re manager doesn’t seem like there was any value to me! Continued to ask for updates about what they found and they dragged me for a year and five months. Asking to speak with management or someone to give me an answer and all they did was give me the run around. Until I demanded to get my truck and had to get it towed out. Because they never gave me a solution. Good luck with the manager she’s as clueless as the advisors and all she does is always happens to be in “meetings” when someone is trying to talk to her and never know when she’s available not even by the employees. Can’t get a call back, and if you show up in person don’t expect an answer either your wasting your time being at this dealer. Nobody cares about you or your vehicle, to them they throw your car in the back and hope you don’t ask about it

Go see Carlos or Marco, they will then take you to close up the deal with Mr Fred S. Listen when I say these 3 make a dream team please believe me! Never had a car shopping experience go this smooth, they are honest and will make things right for you! They got my son in a great truck, great deal all around - couldn’t be any more satisfied with these guys and Friendly Chevrolet!

We decided to buy a new 2026 Equinox RS for our college son and shopped for best price. After bad experiences with a couple of dealership, we found the Friendly Chevrolet and connected with Mini on the phone. She was genuinely cared for our experience of car purchase from the beginning to end. She answered all the questions promptly prior to making it to the dealership to ensure no surprises. Bassil was no-nonsense and clear with the communication on the pricing and we appreciated his efficiency. Technology staff (forgot her name) was thorough and explained what we had to know and attentive - did a great job. Everyone there was 'friendly' and professional provided exceptional services and enhanced our experience . Highly recommend this place!!

I’ve had experiences prior at other dealerships where I’m there practically all day which is highly stressful. Friendly has been the best experience thus far. From moment of contact reaching out about the Blazer and my messed up work schedule at times, Destiny treated me like family. Highly recommend hands down. Everyone inside the dealership was friendly.
