We were out looking for a car and decided to pull in to see what they had. Ash approached us and asked what we were looking for. We told her what we wanted and without hesitation she showed us what we were looking for. After starting paperwork and looking at the options we ended up going a different direction that was best for us. Friendly Ford worked so well with us. No pressure what so ever. I have bought many cars and this was the easiest, well treated and no pressure I have ever had at a car dealership. Will definitely we go back on my next vehicle purchase.
Such an absolute WONDERFUL experience! Jason was great right off the bat. From expressing my situation and thinking I would be stuck in a vehicle for years unhappy and what not, he came right in offered different ways to go about getting me into something I would feel comfortable in, happy with, and dependable. I can't thank you enough for putting up with me, answering ALL of my questions back to back, never gave up on me during the process, and made sure to give me advice for my future car buying as well. We have been pretty weary of dealerships due to being lied to and them trying to sneak in fees and lie just to get us to buy a vehicle, however I can say without a doubt I’ll be back to friendly ford of ark city. Thomas was super polite and friendly, not to mention honest. He helped steer us to the best choice for us while also being the vehicle that we love, he made the process smooth and pushed to make sure we got what we wanted and with a plan that worked for us. I can’t recommend this dealership enough as well as Thomas, truly a dealership that treats you like a friend.
