Friendly Ford of Hamilton

Purchased my 2024 Ford Ranger from here. I found the listing on there website after originally being drawn in on another vehicle from cars.com. They had a very nice price point for this ranger. It was located at there geneva location and they were able to move it to Hamilton for saving me an hour on drive time. I was working with Brennon and he helped me figure out all the details during the week leading up to when I was able to get there which helped me prepare especially since i had a trade. The process was very smooth and I was out of there in a timely manner. The cold weather was not good to the front door since it was rubbing a bit due to ground movement. They are in the process of building a brand new building just up the road which should be very nice for there future. I would recommend them to anyone due to the friendly customer service and the ease of which the experience was.

Service is absolutely terrible. Service manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in the automotive industry. Brought my truck in for first service with less than 3 thousand miles on it. When I got it back all 4 center caps and wheels were damaged from improper removal. After days of no response They deny any accountability. Leaving me with the cost of repairs. Along with failing to give me any paper work on service done and ignoring other concerns I had on parts that needed to be warrantied on the interior. Would not waste my time or money dealing with this business. They do not take any pride in the work that they do. your vehicle that you paid good money for means nothing to them.

I purchased my 2025 F-150 last week and took it home the same day! The treatment was fantastic! Oscar, my salesman, was patient and answered all of our questions. He was very nice to deal with. Also, the inventory they have on their lot was incredible compared to other dealerships. It’s worth the drive.

What a wonderful experience for my family! Orrin specifically is a one of a kind sales associate. He truly blessed us with easy communication and friendliness like no other. We bought a 2025 Dodge Durango with low miles in almost mint condition. He walked us through all the steps like a walk in a park. No rushing, no hidden fees, just straightforward and friendly beyond belief! We will for sure be doing business with him again in the future!

The salesman Oscar and salesman manager Jesse were very friendly and respectful. Made purchasing a new vehicle a great experience.
