We were looking for a new family car and contacted Greg about a Chevy traverse at Friendship Chevrolet. He was immediately upfront about the car being unavailable for a test drive due to warranty work. We chose to come check it out that day anyways and he was extremely friendly and accommodating (and we even had our 4 year old and 11 month old with us). We came back a week later to test drive the car we were interested in and Greg had the car out front for us right away. There were a couple of issues with the car that were immediately rectified with help from the GM. We couldn’t have had a better experience and will definitely come back to Friendship Chevrolet in the future.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Friendship Chevrolet GMC of Forest City! From start to finish, the entire team made what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying process feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. McKenzie was wonderful to work with. She was patient, responsive, transparent, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. AK was incredibly helpful as well, answering questions, helping me understand pricing, and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. Hannah in finance was equally amazing. She was kind, professional, informative, and made the paperwork side of things feel smooth instead of overwhelming. What I appreciated most was how accommodating everyone was. They took the time to work with me, answer all of my questions honestly, and help me make the decision that made the most sense for my situation instead of just trying to make a sale. The level of customer service from this team was genuinely top tier, and you can tell they care about creating a positive experience for their customers. I left feeling excited, comfortable with my purchase, and very well taken care of. Elle Crandall picked out the PERFECT car for me. It has plenty of room for my doggos, and the gas mileage is fantastic at 30/37 - which she knew I needed for all of my traveling. It is in immaculate shape with only 25k miles and that new car smell! I was scared to take on more payment, but the benefit of being able to drive a really nice, new car is worth it. Everyone there was so nice to me and the coffee is hot. I highly recommend popping in to see Elle or any of the other folks. They are very accommodating. I have never had such a nice car and I am floating on the warm fuzzies.

Best car buying experience I’ve had so far. Josh was super nice, yet the entire staff was engaging, relaxed and friendly. You could ask any question, and Josh even helped me put in my seat covers. They have no issue being thorough. The finance part took a good long while, but the manager was really busting ass to get the best deal possible for me. I didn’t feel rushed, or manipulated. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they helped me obtain it. I’d say the worst part of it all was the fact it’s a dog friendly place and there was not a dog in sight! The pricing is nice, they detail it before you go an extra time. If you’re a good bit of a drive away like me, they’ll happily take videos and do what they can to ease the process and anxiety of it being a far drive & knowing how the car buying process can be that’s super helpful. If you ask the right questions and are intent on getting a car here then it’s likely you can get fully approved before you even get there. That’s how thorough they were with the videos and such.
