We were greeted with a smile, introduction and handshake by every employee who walked towards us! We were treated more like good friends than just a customer. Our entire experience was exceptional! I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from Friendship CDJR of Forest City, whether new or previously owned, you simply can’t go wrong.

I feel compelled to share my deeply troubling experience with Friendship Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to warn others. After my 2024 Dodge Hornet, with just 14,000 miles, was towed in for a blown stock tire while I was traveling home from South Carolina, I was shocked when Montana Mace the assistant service manager, suggested replacing all four tires. This recommendation was not only excessive but entirely unjustified! What should have been a straightforward tire change turned into a frustrating 10-day ordeal. Being out of state forced me to find accommodations while I waited for the repair, disrupting my ability to return to work. When I finally picked up my car, I was alarmed to find the low tire pressure gauge still lit. A technician had to come out and fix it after I had already completed my transaction. This kind of oversight is simply unacceptable! Moreover, the customer service was alarmingly poor. Not a single person offered an apology for the inconvenience, and no discounts were provided. I had to request a discount, and all they could offer was a mere alignment. This felt like a feeble attempt to make up for their numerous mistakes. I urge anyone considering this service department to think carefully before proceeding. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and it’s evident they do not prioritize their customers' needs. Protect yourself and seek service elsewhere—this dealership is not worth the trouble!

I’ve been shopping for a specific vehicle for weeks and getting the runaround from dealers who don't understand Open Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I came to Friendship CDJR and the difference was night and day. Kevin (Sales) was respectful and prepared. But James (Manager) went above and beyond. He didn't just run my credit and stare at a screen; he picked up the phone and fought with the banks to structure the deal correctly. He treated me with respect and worked past closing time to try and make it happen. This is how a dealership should be run.

Good people, honest and professional dealership. They offered me a fair trade in value for my existing vehicle (better than i expected) and made the process of purchasing a new vehicle quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

I was really let down by the maintenance department when I scheduled my car for a oil change and opted this time for a tire rotation. I had my teenage daughter take it to them on the scheduled day. While waiting someone approached my daughter telling her how bad the car is out of alignment and said it needs to be done. Not knowing any better she agreed. She was charged $250 dollars for the work that day. For a car with ZERO alignment issues. I know most shops upsell unnecessary service because that how they make a lot of their money, but I don't agree with it and never will. Most people can't afford to pay for all this work that these companies impose on their customers and it's sad to watch it happen let alone know you or someone in your family has been taken advantage of. The only reason I take my car threr is because I bought it there and to keep the liftime warranty on the motor I must have them change the oil. Otherwise I wouldn't deal with it. So I told my daughter (Lesson learned).
