This was my first time purchasing a car from friendship Subaru and I couldn’t be happier. My boyfriend was in a 2018 Legacy that he got from the used car lot at the bottom of Harper Rd. It needed an engine reseal, and the cost was more than the car. Friendship WAS AMAZING and gave us a WONDERFUL deal on a BRAND NEW 2025 Impreza! We are absolutely THRILLED with our purchase!! They have THE BEST service AND sales department in all of Beckley that I've found to date! Any past issues you've had with dealerships or "stealerships", they put that to rest! Even though the process was long, we were WELL informed about every aspect of the deal. Explained the trade in specs, the new car specs, broke down the money, and even went over the used car's Carfax with us! They had no issues letting us leave to deal with the insurance transfer in person, AND let us go eat before we finished the deal!! ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CAR SERVICE ALL AROUND!
