All technicians are required to do a quick video of services performed. Really cool. JR, and Dusty are exceptional people and the crew is just the best. I drive from Jonesborough, TN every time we need our Volvo serviced. Why. Because they make you feel like family & do an outstanding job with every visit.

I bought the vehicle sight unseen being that I was in another state. I asked and received videos and the body and engine appeared to be fine. The interior also appeared to be fine and I was told everything was perfectly fine with the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle I noticed the headliner was damaged and had thumb tacks holding it in place. Needless to say I had to replace the headliner which entailed removing the rear window. The process of the purchase was fine but they were not forthcoming with a repair that had to be done to the headliner. Honesty and integrity goes along way with me. A day later I was messaged to call and speak to the manager. In short his response was next time look the vehicle over more cautiously before purchasing. I would have felt better with a No Response.

Smooth and easy process. Contacted the dealership online in the morning, all paperwork was prepared and ready for signing when I arrived. Brent was very helpful and efficient! 5/5 stars!

What a great car dealership. I bought a car earlier this year and my salesperson, Brent, was truly service minded. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly and was never pushy. I have also worked with the service department after my purchase and experienced the same level of great service. My service advisor, Matt, has been great. Everyone I have interacted with truly does the name Friendship justice.
