Rodney and staff are now Amazing!! Had an ordeal transferring insurance after issues with our vehicle made it undrivable, these guys really fought for us to get a great deal on a new car that fits all our kids and affordable monthly payments
We were heading to Edmonton when we ran into car trouble. We came here after talking to our mechanic back in GP, he wanted our engine washed from a leak because it was a fire hazard. We rented a vehicle (that lady who helped us was amazing) and we left our car at frontier after they ensured us they would be able to was the engine. We came back and they hadn't washed it yet, they forgot, we waited a couple hours and finally recieved the vehicle. They charged us for the service. We just got our car back from our mechanic and he let us know the engine was never washed and he did it for us as a free service. We had a young child with us and feel completely yucky that we unknowingly took that fire risk to go home with.
Excellent Service crew!!!! The sales team answered all my questions I had on what my vehicle was worth, cost of servicing a diesel comapaired to a gas, what the newer vehicles were selling at. Very knowledgeable staff. Now they have quads and side by sides in stock as well. Im very impressed with the staff and all around Friendliness of the store!!!
Amazing Service and great people! Fast, helpful, listened to what I needed and wanted and went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. 100% recommend Rodney and the gang at Frontier!!
