I figured out how to add photos so everyone can see the damage that was somehow hard to notice for weeks (months if you count how long it was sitting on their lot before we attempted to buy it). This was an astonishingly rude experience and it seems that Colton has done this tactic before where he does not disclose damage on a car and leaves people in unfortunate situations. Lucky for us, we are not desperately searching for a car. But this is the third review in a year now where Colton has attempted to sell a car that is salvage quality and is not honest and upfront about what is going on with a car to people that are traveling in from out of town and then suddenly once you have made the trip in, he suddenly has eyes and can see the damage. My husband, son, our dog, and myself just drove 3 hours to buy a car that we had put our $500 deposit on and had been in the process of purchasing for a month now. The 2019 Chevy Bolt that has been sitting in their lot for months. My husband had to request that they replace the recalled battery in (part of what we had been waiting on) because they are not legally allowed to sell it without replacing the battery (again, something we had to request was done.) Colton also said the car had been detailed and was ready to go. Upon arriving, Colton very poorly acted like he had not seen the horrible hail damage in the month that we had been in negotiations and had our deposit on this car. Oh and it was covered in dust. After reading other reviews, Colton has behaved this way before and used the dust to cover damages. So you mean to tell us that this car has been sitting on the lot for months, someone drove it to get the battery replaced, we had been talking to you for more than a couple of weeks and your eyeballs never saw the extensive hail damage, cracked bumper, scratched brake light covers, scuffed and chipped paint? We saw it as soon as we turned into the parking lot. Then he had to audacity to say, that the damage was the reason the car was priced under market value (barely under market value by the way.) So which is it? You had no idea and only suddenly just now gained sight or you did and that is why you were trying to sell a salvage car at a ridiculous price? The pictures on the website for this dealership intentionally avoid the damaged areas. There was also a melted fuse and frayed cable in the charging port underneath the hood. Upon test driving it, the car pulled to the left, and my husband could hear the coolant running under the hood (a potentially serious fire hazard.) I was going to put my son in this car. I hope the owners and Colton read this. I was going to put my 7 year old son in this clearly dangerous car that you were not honest and forthcoming with us about. It is the absolute disrespect of our time and disregard for our safety and the terrible acting that is just as shocking as how terribly damaged this car was that Colton magically noticed today. Do not buy the 2019 Chevy Bolt. Do not buy from here period. They don't care about you, they care about their commission.
Our experience at Frontier Motors was phenomenal! Colton and Jessica made the process super smooth and quick with their great communication, customer service and knowledge. The detailing could have been a little better, however we believe the price and trade were very reasonable! We are overall very pleased with our experience and very happy about our SUV purchase with Frontier Motors!
I can’t say enough good things about Frontier Motors. I purchased my vehicle out of state and sight unseen, which requires a tremendous amount of trust. Brody and the entire team exceeded my expectations and earned my sincere trust and respect throughout the process. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and this was without question the best sales experience I’ve ever had. The communication was outstanding, everything was exactly as represented, and the transaction was smooth from start to finish. Thank you to Brody and everyone at Frontier Motors for making what could have been a stressful purchase such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
Pretty good experience with them especially for the first time going through this dealership. Other than the pickup I was buying not starting at first. Pretty great over all. Big shout out to Alex down there he’s the freakin goat!
Super happy with the vehicle I bought and was also met with friendly faces. All requirements were met during the sale and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Brody and the very kind finance lady (forgot her name).
