After not finding what I wanted, or anyone who wanted to work with me; I had a great experience at Frontier. My salesman, Gable was cool, on the ball, and knowledgeable throughout the experience finding me exactly what I wanted in a car based upon what I told him. The test drive really helped sell it, and the sales process was a breeze compared to other dealerships that have kept me running into the night. They're always going to have my recommendation!

My purchase of the green 2008 Bullitt Mustang was a fantastic experience. Gabe and the team were polite and helpful. I recommend Frontier to anyone who is looking for their next car purchase.

Had to take my 2021 Chevy trail boss here twice, transmission issues. Just let me say nick in the service department was great to work with, turned claim into insurance and had problem fixed on my truck and back to me with in a week. Good service and quick turnaround! No complaints here! I will definitely go back!

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. I called on Friday April 3rd and wanted to purchase it online( never went in person to see it). It took all day Friday until the paperwork was done. It then took another week to actually have the truck delivered to me just 2 hours away in frankfort ky. Andy who was my salesman just kept telling me they were waiting on a shipper and/ or the bank to fund the loan( even though I have already been approved and signed papers). It wasn't until Thurs April 9th that he finally got it delivered at 9pm. After waiting a week for this $30k truck it arrived almost a week after purchasing and only had 1/4 tank of gas, was dirty and had bad windshield wipers. Originally this was a 3 star review, I have changed it to 4 because The dealership graciously reached out and made sure to address the issues stated above. I am very appreciative of them for reaching out and getting these issues addressed, the only reason its not 5 stars is the communication through the process could have been better. In summary, Andy was nice but communication should have been better. Would reccomend this dealership.
