My experience with Frontier Toyota was exceptional! I’m a Costco member and went through the auto program and everything went very smooth with a great price locked in due to being a Costco member. My sales rep Marlin was accommodating and very pleasant to work with and helped me get exactly what I wanted.. Johnny from the finance department was just as great in helping me get everything finalized to meet my needs and have my truck well covered. Highly recommend them!!

We had the best experience with Frontier Toyota. JJ our sales person wasn’t pushy but was determined to get our business. He worked very hard to meet our terms and complete the purchase. JJ listened to our concerns, so we could feel comfortable with our decision. He is an asset to Frontier Toyota. He is one who listens to his customers and seeks to meet issues within his ability. We explained the deal we were comfortable making and he came back with the exact deal we were asking for. He didn’t force us to haggle back and forth. Straight forward with what Toyota could offer and allowed us to settle on those offers. He was truthful the entire time. He asked us what it would take to keep us from going to another car manufacturer, and then put together a fair purchase agreement. Thank you JJ for making this a great experience!

When my dad and I stopped by to browse cars, we didn't expect to end up driving out with one on the same day! But with the help from everyone there – ESPECIALLY J.J. Sagun with negotiations and Belen Gonzales with paperwork, both super helpful with our purchase today and super friendly too – we were able to pick up a fantastic Corolla at a really good price. Will be coming back here solely for the customer service, love these guys.

Exceptional Service and True Professionalism – Frontier Toyota Exceeded Every Expectation!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid EV from Frontier Toyota Valencia, and the post-purchase service experience was nothing short of spectacular. I needed a pre-installed KARR security system removed, as I preferred the factory Toyota system. Because I am meticulous about my vehicles, I had very specific technical requests: I wanted the spliced wires soldered and heat-shrunk, topped with liquid electrical tape to ensure the adhesive wouldn't degrade over time and cause electrical issues. I also asked to have the dash panel upholstered to cover the screw holes from the old system. My Service Advisor, Mr. Arshak, was incredible. He listened to my concerns, ordered the liquid electrical tape immediately, and went a step further by offering to replace the entire dash panel with a brand-new one so it would be flawless. To give me total peace of mind, he arranged for the Shop Foreman, Mr. Richard, to personally handle the repair. Arshak kept me updated throughout the parts-ordering process and made scheduling a breeze. When I arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Arshak greeted me warmly, engaged in great conversation, and seamlessly coordinated a complimentary rental through Best Way Rent-a-Car so I could get to work. They were incredibly flexible, even offering to let me pick up the car the following morning if it suited my schedule better. Upon pickup, I asked about home charging adapters. Arshak personally escorted me to the parts department, where a very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman took the time to thoroughly research the best solutions for my home garage. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Shop Foreman, Mr. Richard. He is an expert in his field, and gave me great insight into the flawless repair he performed, and further elaborated on my home charging setup. To top it all off, they returned my Prius freshly washed and looking brand new. I also want to shout out my salesman, Mr. Gian, who made the initial buying process possible and successful. As a first-time new car buyer, I wanted to feel heard and reassured, and Frontier Toyota did exactly that. They are honest, ethical, and deeply care about their customers. I purchased an extended warranty and maintenance plan with absolute confidence, knowing my vehicle is in the best hands. It was proven to me that Frontier Toyota is a dealership that actually listens to its customers! I will certainly be returning for future vehicle services. They have earned a customer for life, and I will be sending all my family and friends their way!
