I would recommend Ferguson motor company to rent U-Haul from. I picked up a 12 x 6 enclosed trailer from another state and was driving here to Missouri. The owner of the other U-Haul rental asked if I wanted to do corporate or small business owner drop off. Of course I want to support a smaller business. I am so glad I did. I returned my rental a day early and they were closed so I called the number on the door. Jerry told me I could leave the trailer parked in the lot. I couldn’t get the trailer off the hitch by myself and he said no worries, I’ll be there in 10 minutes to help you. I don’t even think it took him 10 minutes. Thank you, Jerry!

The owner is extremely caring and honest. He went out of his way during an important matter to help my family buy a car. He knows the market, the car values, technical side, and has hospitality. He didn’t sugar coat anything and was very upfront about warranties and pricing. This man definitely grows from criticism and has made any issue in the process a strength in the company so he can be a better salesman, owner, technician, and person. He supports businesses in the city (including the wife) and has a very comfortable room for a car place. He makes the whole process smooth and understandable because he truly cares. I’d take my siblings to check out his lot for their first car. Thank you! I love my Toyota Camry!

On June 4, 2024 I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen GTI from Fergeson Motors, when discussing about the car he disclosed that the AC is out as well as an O2 sensor. We agreed to purchase the car on the condition that those problems are fixed after purchase to which he agreed. Receiving the car after repairs we find the check engine light is on and the AC is blowing cool air but after a few more miles of driving it starts blowing hot air again. Reviewing the underside of the car I find that not only was the O2 sensor not replaced but that the Catalytic Convertor is failing and needing for replacement to which he did not disclose to us prior to purchase. To add to that he replaced the AC compressor but not the other components such as the A/C receiver/drier which can cause a brand new AC compressor to break again. We did have to pay $250 for half the cost of the AC compressor as well as $140 for the O2 sensor which I was fine with at the time. I understand an issues come with a used car but not issues that cost me upwards of $3000 in repairs for it to work properly. I’m truly disappointed in this business and strongly recommend you find another place to purchase a car.
