Furthmiller Motors is a small, local business with a hometown feel and down-to-earth customer service—not pushy but friendly. We checked it out in the first place because a family member had been impressed with how real and no-pressure the store manager was. Our experience with Jay was exactly that. We were also happy that the price listed was the price it was aside from taxes—no hidden fees. Our entire experience from checking out the vehicle we wanted to talking with Jay and then making the purchase was laid-back and pleasant while Jay was also efficient and professional.

I purchased my vehicle from out of state, and Dana made the process exceptionally smooth. He provided detailed photos of the car, answered all my questions promptly, and accurately represented the vehicle’s condition. We finalized the deal over the phone, and when I saw the car in person, it was exactly as described. Dana was helpful, straightforward, and never applied any sales pressure. I bought this 2016 Ford focus ST from Firthmiller Motors and it is my pride and joy it has been amazing learning how to drive a stick and even teaching my brothers as well, this car has been a huge blessing for my life, bringing me and my brothers closer, together we have already done so many weekend adventures in this thing including going to cedar point and a couple hockey games, this car has been reliable and it is so refreshing to see that you can get a car like this for a good price in these modern days, again thank you Firthmiller Motors, sincerely the best car lot and nicest people I’ve ever seen.
