I bought my 2023 Purple Reign Jeep from Concord Dodge at the end of September. I emailed them the next day about issues, and never heard back. When I finally drove back down there to express my concerns, I was completely blown off and pushed on to the Fairfield dealership. From the moment I stepped through the doors and told them that my tire was low almost every single time I got in it to drive, I had a major fluid leak, and cosmetic damage that was not disclosed when I bought it, they bent over backwards to help me. Sean, in the service department was amazing. He was able to take care of the repairs needed in a timely manner, and helped me figure out the things that would have cost me money even though Concord Dodge had to have known when they sold it to me. He went above and beyond. He made sure that I had rides back and forth to the dealership, since Concord Dodge would not answer my emails or return my calls to secure a loaner vehicle. He kept me updated on the process of the repairs throughout the whole process. It was a very frustrating time, considering that I had been dreaming of this Jeep since they released the color in 2023. I waited two years, to be sold a damaged vehicle. Sean was very empathetic with me. If I ever have any service or repair needs, I will make sure to contact Sean and Fairfield Dodge. Thank you to Sean and the rest of the staff for making this as painless as possible.

Great customer service. I took in my Ram 2500 and Sean Cotter was extremely professional in explaining the service my truck needed for the millage it had. I explained to him a problem I was having with my fob starting my truck and he instantly offered to add it to the notes and checked to see if was still under warranty and sure enough it was looked into. Overall satisfied with experience.

Very disappointing first and last visit to this dealership. I scheduled an oil change service appt for my Jeep a week ago for 745am today. I arrived this morning at 720 am and was the first person to check in. My first indication of trouble was the $285.00 per hour labor charge. I know being a mechanic is hard work, but dang Doctors dont make $285.00 an hour for labor and they save actual lives! I told the advisor I would pick my Jeep up after 5pm when I get off of work. So, let's do the math, 745am until 545pm=10 HOURS! Keep two words in mind, oil change. I arrive at 545pm and the advisor says he has some bad news... They didnt get to my car. What! I didnt yell or get mad out loud, I promise. He said they only had three technicians and I could reschedule or leave my car there and they would take care of my OIL CHANGE in the morning. How am I the first appointment of the day, with three technicians who had my car for 10 whole hours for an OIL CHANGE and Im the one who didn't get service. I wasn't a walk in, I had the first appointment! This is why dealership service centers are going out of business. AND you thought I would ever, ever come back there? Not even if the service was free. Back to a small yet professional auto business I go. Where customer service matters. Nope! Too many fish in the sea. Beware of this place. Don't Do It.

Sean Cotter was amazing. I was pretty frustrated as I’ve had a number of recall fixes for my 2022 jeep grand Cherokee. He told me it might be a couple of days for me to get my car back. I was not super jazzed to hear this and I’m sure he didn’t really want to tell the hard truth. In the end he got me squared away same day and I am super happy
