Future Lincoln of Concord

This review I am giving because I am not getting any help.I dropped off my car last Monday and Tuesday to get the windshield replaced and the engine oil changed and there was a noise in one part of the car. I asked them to repair the noise and they told me that the noise has been repaired. It could be that they have found something else wrong and they have done some other repairs but the noise is still coming. After that I have contacted the company twice that the noise is still coming. When you repair a car, you don't drive it and I sent this email asking for a response and I have not received any response. I have sent this email twice and I have not received any response. And there is a Pratiba Johnson employee who helps me. She is a good person, I ask her questions every time I go there because I have a language problem and she helps me a lot all the time. But now I don't know if it's his job to answer the email or if the email is answered by someone else, I off my job and go there and tell my problems and still they are not taken care of properly and then after that let's say nothing happens, the problem is not solved, it's not a problem, it will be solved some other day, but at least you can answer my mail. And I have sent this email to Elijah twice, but he has not responded.How will you know if there is a problem if you don't drive the car and see?

Worst group of unprofessional bros I’ve ever encountered. Made a woman feel uncomfortable from stepping into the parking lot when 6 dudes stood there staring at me and wouldn’t disperse when I said they were making me uncomfortable. Cared only about selling me a new car not handling my lease end. Made an appt for a LEASE end on a Sat saying I would NOT be purchasing that day. Got there to be told we don’t do lease ends on a Sat - this dealer is a 30 min drive from me so I stated clearly I had made an appt. and that they are wasting my time. They did the return and took my info which I guess they promptly lost because they called Lincoln corp to try to get ahold of me. Asking me to return to the dealership for a signature - which I said I would not. I was then told they were doing me a favor… I come to find out no, they wanted my signature so that they could buy my car - very low miles and worth their while - lease end was taken care of - so instead of making this easy on me they wanted me to do back flips to help them and then put it on me. Overall worst misogynistic experience at a car dealer in my life
