I don't know where to begin, there's so much to complain about, and I'm sure I'll forget some things... But I wanted to add my experience to those of others (who should have read their comments and done more research before doing business with this company), because every step went wrong... First: the prices listed on their website don't indicate the vehicle's value, but include an additional warranty that isn't mentioned anywhere, even though the Consumer Protection Act mandates it. Furthermore, they had the nerve to write on the contract that they had offered to have the vehicle inspected at a garage before the purchase, which wasn't the case. Regarding the contract itself, they only showed it to me AFTER I had paid in full; with deposit deducted, which I fought to get in order to reserve the sale (and had to repeat my email address FOUR times to receive the receipt; to the point where the salesperson asked me to email them to get mine, until I hung up to speak to another salesperson!!!). It's also poorly filled out; the amounts are incorrectly entered or in the wrong boxes, and they "forgot" to give me my signed copy, and even the one sent by mail doesn't have them! Also, they "forgot" to show me the Carfax report beforehand, which mentions the FOUR past accidents! As for the professionalism and transparency of the entire team, forget it! I have never seen so much incompetence, negligence, and lack of transparency in my life… I initially called to schedule a test drive for two models I was interested in, and I was told it would be possible on the day I had reserved. However, once I arrived (about an hour's drive from my home), I was told I couldn't because the employee present (who didn't give their name) was alone… So I insisted that it was my only day off work and that my boyfriend had given me a lift until another salesperson arrived and they let me do the test drives… Just like de-icing the cars left outside at -20°C the day after a freezing rain storm!! And I had to ASK for a broom!! Finally, the second car hadn't been driven for at least a month, so it needed a jump start and it was almost out of gas… Besides, I had to ask THREE TIMES what kind of tires were on it, and on the phone, they didn't even bother to ask for the ad number to give me the correct information. Then they sent me photos by text message (without asking my permission to communicate this way), not realizing that there were two different sets of tires (which also needed inflating)… Finally, there was no time left to negotiate the price to potentially buy the vehicle, so they told me to come back on Saturday to speak to their manager, even though she was on vacation and they weren't even going to be open! And while I was told they would use that time to recharge the battery and test it to see if it was just discharged or needed a complete replacement, they didn't even bother to bring it back to the warehouse, claiming they couldn't fit the entire vehicle. Then, they pressured me to come and sign the contract despite having already made my deposit and not having tested the battery, all in the name of negotiating the price! On top of that, they asked me several times what time I planned to come to prepare the paperwork and urged me to call my bank to release the funds for my debit payments… Finally, I had to speak to so many different salespeople that it's impossible for me to know which one made the various mistakes, but the last one I signed the contract with (Samuel Morales) absolutely refused to admit his error in omitting to mention the extended warranty included in the sales prices displayed on their website…

The worst customer service, no courtesy whatsoever, and the two girls didn't understand French very well.
