Absolutely Outstanding Service! After my car was stolen and eventually recovered, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. That’s when I met Kim in the Body Shop Department—and let me tell you, she was a godsend. Kim took care of everything. She worked directly with my insurance (Progressive) and handled the adjuster like a pro. She made sure my car was restored to its original condition and didn’t miss a single detail. I didn’t have to lift a finger—she did all the heavy lifting. All I had to do was trust her, and I’m so glad I did. The mechanics also deserve major credit. They brought my car back to life, and it looks and runs like nothing ever happened. I truly couldn’t be happier with the results. Even though getting your car stolen is a terrible experience, I got to witness firsthand how a small town like Fort Loramie goes to bat for its people. Kim didn’t just do her job—she made it personal, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing honest, top-notch service!

Our experience buying a 2024 Dodge Durango at Gaier’s in Fort Loramie was exceptional. We worked with Brad Rose and he understood our needs and guided us through the buying process. After having a terrible experience at another dealership, I was skeptical I’d find a decent car salesman. This place restored my faith! It was small, the staff was friendly, accommodating and better yet, they were honest. They didn’t waste my time. They didn’t have to speak to a finance guy in his high end office. They gave me their best price and we came to an agreement much quicker than I anticipated. Additionally, I had some warranty work done which they gladly handled with a smile! They even found a nail in my tire, which the fixed for free with my warranty work! I’d recommend anyone to patronize this establishment.
