I was shopping for 7 weeks for a specific Chrysler Pacifica sport model, with Silver ext. and Black interior, black accents. I live in Jax Fl. I tried 4 different dealerships in Jax and one in Fernandina beach, three out of 4 didnt return email inquiries or Phone calls, and one said he would call in 2 days with my car....nothing. Gainesville Chrysler, I made an inquiry from Cars.com, they called same day, had what I wanted, I negotiated with Matt Wilson the GM, Shelby the internet sales person, and Camilla, our sales rep. All very proffessional, kind, and accomodating. no Drama no pressure. Roland the Finance mgr was also more than a gentleman, just a good guy and good at his job, I also dealt with Kevin Jones and Raymond along the way in negotiating. At no time did I feel tossed around, or "handled". Im 65 yrs old and have bought or Traded 32 cars in the last 45 yrs. It was well worth the 3 hour round trip, people just want to be treated fairly and have communication, Camilla is a young lady sales rep and we felt very comfortable around her, she cares and is empathetic.
