Worked with Alex Como via telephone to start the process of purchasing a car for my mother. He was honest and straightforward. His price was good but I was able to get a better price elsewhere. However, he was so communicative and professional I decided to stop by the dealership anyway. He was not there at the time but his coworker Roger took us on a test drive of the car and was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. Alex got back and they tag teamed the process. First off I want to say that Elijah and Carlos were excellent great communications answered all my questions through text and phone calls. I bought a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder from them. They had to hunt down what I wanted because I wanted a red one with black leather interior. They found it. We made a deal. It was supposed to be transported to me not driven well it ended up that an older gentleman. . They found it. We made a deal. To my house in 400 miles away and I specifically said I wanted it transported and they agreed to that they even rented a truck and trailer to do it But it was driven I was not happy. I consulted Eli we made an agreement I kept the vehicle. They drove my 21 Telluride back to Florida. Everything was great about the deal except for the transporting of it which I don’t know who’s fault it was, but it should be Next time, thank you, Elijah and Carlos for everything
