We’ve bought 2 cars here since 2014, and Galpin’s exceptional service is the reason we keep coming back. Justin helped us purchase our F-Pace last year and has consistently gone above-and-beyond with a smile. We thankfully got the tire package and after a road hazard this AM, Justin came to the rescue, confirmed a replacement tire and coordinated service before our tow truck even arrived. Robert Sardini’s professionalism brought us back for our second car, and I have a feeling Justin, Hovick and Robert’s five star service will have us returning for our third! Sammy Shokory has been helping me with my cars for more than 10 years, and this is my fourth car with him. At this point, I never feel like I am working with a salesperson.
