Galpin Lincoln

I’ve had Dale Potter as my service rep since purchasing my Aviator last year. He has been great each time. Professional, responsive, and just overall nice guy. The entire service team has been awesome and have always taken care of my car, and me, each time I’ve brought it in for service. I truly appreciate the great customer service!!!

This dealership is the worst. I brought a brand new 2026 Corsair in for a creaking, loose drivers seat. After 2 days of them telling me they could not hear anything wrong, I took service advisor for a spin because the noises were clearly noticeable. He then admits that he can hear the issue. He then proceeds to tell me that Galpin will not be able to diagnose and fix the problem and that I would have to take the vehicle to Sanderson in Phoenix where I purchased the vehicle. So, basically they will not fix a vehicle NOT purchased through their dealership. That goes against every single aspect of buying a car from Lincoln. A repair of any kind should be fixed by any Lincoln dealer. Talk about lazy and not standing behind the Lincoln product. Dale Potter, you should be ashamed of yourself for talking to me like I just fell off the turnip truck. You should be washing cars instead of being a service advisor. Absolutely appalling the way you treat your customers.You and the dealership have been reported to Lincoln Headquarters. I wouldn't trust this service department to put air in the tires. The vehicle is now at Sanderson and is being repaired. Didn't take a genius to figure out the problem nor did they turn me away. NEVER AGAIN!!! You have been warned.

Purchased a new Lincoln Corsair from Galpin. Our sales person was Dominic Cook. He did an excellent job getting us the deal we needed as well as the prep and delivery of the vehicle.

My sales consultant Baldo was very professional and very patient with me. He took his time in showing me the car and everything it does. Everyone was incredibly professional and very nice. I knew what I wanted when I went in, so the process didn’t take as long as I thought it would, which thoroughly impressed me. I would recommend Galpin Lincoln to anyone who’s looking for a new car!

My wife was there twice in a span of two weeks with our 2017 MKX. We have the recommended service performed as per the manufacturer. The first time they said we needed brakes on the rear but she had already been there four hours for the tune up and coolant service and brake fluid service. They were told to rotate the tires and replace the windshield wipers. Neither one was done. They had to bring the car back to the service bay and rotate the tires and replace the lug nuts. That took another hour and a half. The windshield wipers were not charged nor was the windshield washer working when she got home. We made an appointment to get the rear brakes done and reminded Daniel to change the windshield wipers figuring that the washer repair would be a no brainer. After rear brakes were done and the car was test driven the mentioned that the front rotors have to be repaired but the pads looked good. Why didn’t they find that out on the first visit??? She was there another four hours to get the rear brakes done and simply didn’t have another four hours to get the front brakes done!! When she got home the windshield washer still didn’t work. The service department and the service advisors here suck!!! 1700 dollars later I still don’t have windshield washers. And supposedly I need front brakes!!! When the appointment was made they were told to go through the entire car and fix anything that was wrong. I will never bring another car to Galpin ever again. I’d rather bring it to Sanderson in phoenix where we initially bought the car. My company buys trucks from Sanderson on a regular basis but Galphin is more conveniently located. NEVER AGAIN will I go through this service rodeo with you again.
