We are extremely happy with the support we have gotten from Gan Chev. We had never leased before and were impressed at how they explained the GM lease program and how it would fit our lifestyle and budget. It was all done in a very professional yet patient and non pressured manner. I would also add after leasing the car that the Service support was first class. They really go out of their way to listen to your concerns and to make sure you are informed of the technical service issues. The On Star emergency call system coupled with Gan Chev service staff is a safety capability every driver should have available. I had to use it once and it was a seamless recovery process that I have never seen before in my decades of driving. The Cadillac XT4 is a great car to drive and I would highly recommend to everyone to visit and talk the Gan Chev folks when considering their next car!
