Sean proactively contacted me the day prior to our vehicle's service appointment to inform me that he would be providing a brand new Hummer as a loaner vehicle and expressed his hope that we would enjoy driving it while our vehicle was being serviced. Krista kept us well informed on the progress with our service appointment and the need to have our vehicle for a couple of days while waiting on a part. Always friendly and professional. I must say that this vehicle boasts impressive acceleration, an outstanding interior, and an exceptionally smooth ride, not to mention its unique crab walk feature that enables effortless parking. One drawback for me was the vehicle's electric powertrain, as I am unaccustomed to the time required to charge the vehicle. This exceptional vehicle is available for purchase at Gan Chev.

Gan Chev’s service department is outstanding and goes above and beyond every single time. My recent service ended up requiring a wait time for a part that took over a week to obtain. Their service provided a complimentary replacement car delivered to my home as they picked up my car. This practice is a standard service that already sets them apart from most dealerships service departments. They not only did the necessary repairs, but provided a complimentary detailing service that I can only assume was due to the time it took in in obtaining the part. Outstanding! The cleaning was a lovely discovery when I used my car the next day. Gan Chev continues to keep my car running smoothly at over 200,000+ km and will continue to be my service choice for years to come. Just a huge shout out to all the staff at Gan Chev, every experience with them has been phenomenal and so easy ! Customer service is always exceptional, their staff is knowledgeable, kind and always put the client first. I had all but given up on Chevrolet until I had my first experience with Gan, they have made sure every concern or issue was dealt with, with ease and comfort.
