I recently purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander, and my sales advisor was Randy Nolan. From the very beginning, Randy provided an excellent car-buying experience that truly exceeded my expectations. He greeted me with professionalism and a friendly attitude, making me feel comfortable and welcome at the dealership. Randy took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me explore different options before I decided on the Grand Highlander. His knowledge of the Toyota lineup was impressive — he explained every feature of the vehicle in great detail, including the latest technology, safety systems, and performance capabilities. What I appreciated most was Randy’s honesty and patience. There was absolutely no pressure during the process. He clearly explained the pricing and financing options, helping me get a great deal that fit my budget. Throughout the entire experience, he made sure I had all the information I needed to make a confident decision. Even after the purchase, Randy followed up to ensure that everything was going well and that I was satisfied with my new vehicle. That level of customer care really stood out and made the experience memorable. I am extremely happy with my Grand Highlander and very grateful for Randy’s outstanding service. Be careful with these guys. Living in Ontario, my father asked me to help him out ordering winter rims & tires for his car. So I found stuff that fit nicely and ensured it was all compatible, and shipped it up there. When he went in with it all, they insisted they couldn't use the TPMS sensors he arrived with, and sold him new ones. Not only were they wrong (I suspect they didn't even try, as these were completely compatible sensors that would've worked on his car just fine), they then sold him a set of aftermarket sensors anyway. (They sold him Wurth) So any claim that the issue of the sensors being aftermarket would've been invalid anyway. In short: don't trust them. Yes, I know: it's Gander, and you're probably off to Grand Falls-Windsor, or Clarenville if you have a Toyota and you have to avoid this place, but unfortunately, this is what you're dealing with in Gander.

Dropped off my Corolla for servicing and got a shuttle to the airport. Returned in one week for a chauffeur- driven Highlander to a well serviced and happy Corolla back at the dealership. Video of my vehicle sent by text during the servicing was a nice touch. 5 stars well earned.

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Xterra from Greg and your dealership. I flew in from Ottawa and received excellent friendly service from Greg and the rest of the staff. I was provided an in transit permit and was able to ferry and drive safely back to Ottawa. Many thanks to Greg for making this a quick and pleasant transaction and I would do it all again should you come upon another late model manual transmission Xterra! Thank you again. Graham Deans

I cannot give Gander Toyota enough praise with regards to the lengths they went through with me purchasing an as is vehicle, and helping to make sure it was worth the investment. No part of it was easy or uncomplicated, but they helped make it work, going above and beyond. Honest all the way and saying only what they knew instead of just trying to push it off on me. From my own experiences here it can be guaranteed that the people at this store really care, and you can go into whatever transaction with a sense of security.
