I have been a lifelong Ford owner. When it was time for a new vehicle I became obsessed with the Equinox . Tons of research was done online and an appointment made at your dealership. I had an appointment made at a competitor dealership to see what deal they would offer. After receding $500 more than the high end of the blue book for a trade in, the decision was made to purchase from Gandrilud. Dom Bierhals was a delight to work with. From a new Chevrolet devotee, I thank you and your team for making this an efficient and exciting process!

Was hoping Service would take 5 seconds to explain how the newly installed pickup bed cover worked. The next day or so we started calling the Service Dept. several times to have them explain how the latch worked. We owned 4 prior pickup trucks, and nothing like this. Eventually we left our name and phone number. It has been a week and still no return phone call. I thought service was a verb and not a garbage can to fill up with customer requests. Someone needs to get with the program.

A big thank you to Stephanie Lanz and the other staff at Gandrud Chevrolet! We love our new vehicle and appreciate how easy the purchasing/financing was made for us. Our granddaughter even won $50 popping a balloon! We will definitely consider them again, next time we're looking for a new vehicle!

The experience was just as I expected…excellent. I enjoy using the service department for planned maintenance, but I don’t always plan ahead and truly enjoy the convenience and professionalism of the Oil Change Express. They have always taken care of my vehicle so they know what needs done

Purchased a 2025 Chevy blazer from Ganrud Chevrolet. Owned a little over a month and I believe it was in the shop as much as it was in our Garage. Decided to trade it in a 2026 Chevy equinox, At the first 6000 mile Required oil change done by Ganrud. They added a quart and a half extra of oil to the engine! Now we’re at four months of owning it and 12,000 miles and have been told the motor is junk in it! I’ve spoken to just about everybody at Ganrud they seem to think and act like this is perfectly normal! We asked them to buy it back. We were offered $12,000 less than we paid for the vehicle. At end of the day I won’t recommend them for a car wash to my worst enemy! All they seem to care about is there bottom line . They don’t stand behind what they sell! At all! If there was a button for zero stars, that’s what they would get from me!!!!!!
